Three ways in
Why choose this one
Revenue is flat or harder to predict than it should be, and every department has its own explanation. You don’t want to start a large project before you know where to look. The clarity session gives you an outside view in half a day. It’s a low-risk way to find out whether your company needs revenue operations and where to start.
How it works
Intake call (30 min): We talk about your company, your market and what you are seeing. I ask for a few basics: revenue per customer over the last two to three years, your current pipeline, price list and how discounts are given, and who does what in the customer-centric departments. None of it needs to be perfect, how easy or hard it is to collect is information too.
The session (half a day) with you and your leadership team. We walk through your commercial process from first enquiry to invoice and test it against the 5 leaks.
Follow-up: You receive your gap map, and we go through it together in a one-hour call.
What you get
A gap map showing where revenue is most likely leaking in your company
A first view of how large each leak looks, and which one deserves attention first
Advice on which step to take first and why
Revenue clarity session
Why choose this one
You want more than a first view. You want to know how your commercial process really works, where it breaks, and what to fix first, with enough evidence to decide and get your leadership team behind it. The audit looks at your company from every side that touches the customer, as each department sees a different part of the problem.
How it works
Kick-off and interviews: We start with your leadership team to agree on the scope and what you want to learn. I get access to your data and talk to your leadership team and their team members. Usually, that means eight to twelve conversations of about 45 minutes each.
Analysis: I look at your pipeline and conversion, pricing and discount, which customers grow and which are slipping away, the handover from order to delivery to invoice, and the quality of your data and systems. I map your process from first enquiry to payment as it runs currently.
Findings and priorities: I map the current process and the gaps and bring it together, test the findings with you, and present them to your leadership team.
What you get
Findings per leak
A map of your commercial process
A 90-day plan
Revenue Audit
Why choose this one
You know what needs to change, from an audit or from your own analysis, but nothing moves. Everyone is busy with their own work, and nobody owns what happens between the departments. This is where I join your company for a period, take responsibility for the changes, and do the work with your team until it runs without me.
How it works
Starting point: We confirm the priorities and the owners, and measure where we start, so progress is visible from the first month.
The work: I rebuild the process with your team, from first enquiry to invoice. I clean up the CRM and data (with your ERP team) and make sure departments use the same definition. I set up reporting and a forecast you can trust, built on your own history.
Handover: I hand over to an internal owner, with the process, reporting, and the training documented.
What you get
Weekly or monthly update with your leadership team
Monthly results against your starting point
Documented commercial process
A team that knows why the change matters
